Have You Found Your Corner of the Sky?
Wow.
Well, I lost the handle on this month already and we’re only into the first
week! For now, this will be a short blurb with a word. I hope you'll still find it useful and entertaining!
The WordWayzzz monthly word debuting today is a tribute to tonight’s Full Moon (Wednesday, 12/07/22). This is a great time to give the moon its due and pay our respects to its magnificence that spreads across a mighty ...
VASTITUDE (vasʹtɘ tōōdʹ) n. – 1) the quality or condition of being vast; 2) a vast extent or space. [WW #324]
Have you ever looked up at the Moon—especially the Full Moon—and felt that its power can empower you to do anything? It’s been a human source of inspiration since the dawn of time. The Moon’s vastitude seems real, and even though it’s the fifth largest moon in the solar system, it’s barely more than a quarter the size of Earth.
To incorporate the use of vastitude, you don’t need to talk only of space or our magnificent Moon. A rain forest may exhibit a vastitude of lush greenery, or you marvel that the depth and vastitude of the Grand Canyon dwarfs any other canyon you’ve ever seen.
Be creative and expansive with vastitude and enjoy our December Song of Note from the WCFL music chart of the Holiday month, from December 16,1972 ...
